Duck986 Posted September 29, 2021 Share Posted September 29, 2021 that's the first time I hear 'bout it. the increased chance of elegant drop is during hallowed nights only (usually). afaik it's impossible to get heirloom skins and non-reworked GoH and Survivor skins except buying them from steam market.
