Deerclops Mika
I created this mod for quite a long time, but suddenly all objects lost scripts, as well as the ability to publish the mod or update it disappeared. I have no idea what I did, but I tried to import everything back, but it didn't work. Does anyone know what to do? Is it possible to start changing the mod that is in my Steam Workshop, and not from my saves on Unity The mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2510683849
Developer David_B Posted July 26, 2021 Developer Share Posted July 26, 2021 I think people have found the best solution for migrating old projects is to export their old project as a .unitypackage file (select your scene, Assets > Export), install our current version of Unity, import modkit, and then import their .unitypackage. > the ability to publish the mod or update it disappeared If your Klei menu disappeared, then probably modkit is missing. I'd recommend making a copy your project before you make any changes. You can try the above steps to migrate to the latest modkit. If it's been a long time, lots of stuff has changed in modkit, so checkout the quickstart again: https://cdn.forums.klei.com/HL/modkit_readme.pdf >Is it possible to start changing the mod that is in my Steam Workshop, and not from my saves on Unity Unfortunately, no. I haven't seen anyway to convert what's uploaded to workshop to a new Unity project. I think the closest is some people have found ways to rip their models, but you'd lose all of your logic.
