CarlZalph Posted April 22, 2021 Share Posted April 22, 2021 A dedicated server is merely a computer that runs all the time with a specified process to host, it's the same as your local computer in the regard for running things. FTP is just a file transfer system used to get one file from one computer onto another. This would be best for you to search up on how to use FTP itself, then look at how to set up DST's dedicated server, and then combine the two to set up your dedicated on another computer remotely. Daniel86268 Posted April 25, 2021 Share Posted April 25, 2021 It's essentially the same as any other method, just instead of using SMB/SFTP/local access you use FTP.
