We aren't allowed to give custom skins to official characters or items. Sorry.

Though, I think flat-out replacing the default sprites is allowed.

I don't know how 'acceptable' replacing in-game sprites is but...

You can download the images from the Screecher's mod folder. Using these sprites you could create a new anim and use its build. Because of how anims work in DST you can simply switch the build of an item/structure/etc to change sprites for the animations. However some of these Screecher items might lack some specific sprites for actions like opening/closing or breaking so you'd have to create them yourself.
