Wekkes
There is often times when I want a room to maximize it's use of space and include different size buildings and without having duplicants suffer movement speed by climbing a tile or a ladder I can't, ramps, (just a tile cut diagonally) or stairs would be a huge improvement in making some rooms more functionally and ultimately being able to maximize space in each room would eventually add up to a lot more space throughout the colony. It would be cool to be able to press "o" to change between a square or ramp or stair version of a block but even just a ramp base building (like how ladders are their own entities) would be more than sufficient. Also it would prevent water from getting stuck in up to 3 tall diagonal corridors (maybe even higher that's the highest I use when draining water sources) but having like thousands of kilograms of water being stuck because the water is stuck on diagonal tunnel walls is pretty silly. babba
2 years ago I suggested wheelchairs - Ramps would be the foundation for this idea A ramp could be standing for inclusion, as example it could be a construction requirement for the med bay. Ramps could also be a precursor for fire engines, trains or bicycles. I want to ride my bicycle !
