All it does for me is fill up the yellow meter over and over without revealing anything on my Starmap... __________ EDIT: Derp, nevermind. I see now that it's filling in individual cells on the Starmap, once per yellow meter. Remember to turn off the telescope after you revealed all cells within range. I just keep it because i expect one of the future updates to give some more purpose for keeping it. At the moment, you could also just salvage it.
