Tourist was playing this morning, and had a weird, neat idea.

If the dupe skill construction 2, or 3 had a 'step-stool' functional buff. Effectively adding 1 to the reach of Dupes with that skill. He described it as having a step-stool to stand on for work jobs. Granted it might take additional graphic work, possibly, or it could just be a baseline buff. But a teetering step ladder, is a great animators opportunity. Fitting for the ONI theme. And makes some logical sense.

+. Would be also good for buildings that are 5 tiles high. You often cannot construct the buildings at the top (e.g. light, pipes) while standing on the ground withould building a ladder.

OMG, I would love this.  Most of my rooms are 4 tiles high, and often times have to get creative to reach the ceiling when there are buildings in the way.

Yeah, you can get around this if your above it, just build diagonally, but would still be interesting to see taller rooms, rather then the standard 4 high size.
