littlecutebear3 Posted August 26, 2020 Share Posted August 26, 2020 Ok I really don't know where to post this, but I really need some help, I'm a player from Brasil, and I'm having issues with the points and spools system, my account is already linked with all of Klei social media, Steam and twitch, but when I click on a link that gives me spools or points, I get a successful message and it says that the points are in my account, but when I go o the Klei rewards page, the points are not added, and I still have the same amount, and I really want that Top Hat, someone that is having the same issue can Help me out ? Can you please share with me the Klei User Identifier (KU) so I can take a closer look to your account and understand better why the system is not granting Klei Points nor Spools when you click the reward links?
