Modifying world settings post-world creation?

Recommended Posts

what I do is:

- make a hard save from my world's cluster, meaning make a copy of your world's cluster (:P)

- then delete your cluster in-game

- create a new one with the SAME NAME and PASSWORD plus the desired settings in the same cluster number

- replace "caves" and "master" with the old ones but leave the rest untouched

- enjoy

Does this not reset the day count back to 1?

Oh copy the entire cluster folder, righty. Done that before, but was just double checking.

You should've just said copy the cluster folder rather then "hard save" but ok. Thanks anywho

I did mention "cluster" instead of "in-game" save... but oh well... your welcome

My brain reads saves as ingame, copy is the better word for all the technical stuff outside of what's ingame.

Just letting you know for the future >.<

Well I just followed the instructions and my world is still intact which is nice.

I'll see if it actually worked next summer when antlion attacks(or dry season rather since it's Island Adventures I am playing.)
