I've noticed that his gameplay is a bit more complicated with the whole coin flip and bog spawning things durring fights. SASHIKISONS Posted June 22, 2020 Share Posted June 22, 2020 Yes, in that Rook is generally seen as a step up in gameplay difficulty; no in that there isn't carry-over between Sal and Rook, and you won't miss concrete story elements to my knowledge/recollection. If you're asking if you should get accustomed to Griftlands with Sal first, that is generally a yes; someone chime in if that isn't the case. Cheers! Proteus Effect Posted June 22, 2020 Share Posted June 22, 2020 Rook's campaign is harder, but if you ask me that's mostly due to Sal's campaign having regular access to upgradable pets and mercenaries, whereas Rook gets... covid-19 and bog bumps.
