Anyone know why that is? Skins from the costume collection are only available in drops, and only at the halloween event, they cannot be woven or purchased, unfortunately ... PC players can buy and sell them to each other, but on PS4 we don't have another access to them except winning, and only on Halloween Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
