DST is installed over Steam, i am running Windows 10- First I tried to buy an expensive pack, but I did not have enough money in my Steam wallet. Next I tried to buy a cheap pack, which I have enough money for, but I got this error - attached screenshot. I already tried to restart my computer, but the error is still there. Developer PeterA Posted November 1, 2019 Developer Share Posted November 1, 2019 You might be able to cancel your pending transactions through your Steam Account Details > Purchase History. If that doesn't work for you, Steam support should be able to help you out.
