Mastermindx Posted September 21, 2019 Share Posted September 21, 2019 Hi, I've encountered a situation and I'm wondering if there is a logical explanation, or I just encountered a bug... I've had a few meteor goes through my bunker door, and I can't really explain why. Bunker door are supposed to block all meteor no? In the first attached image, we can see one meteor already made it through... I thought, maybe the bunker door didn't close in time. Not exactly likely because with all the glass floor I have protected by those automation, I'd have a lot more repairs to do... But on the same image, we see the right bunker door just blocked 1 meteor. Now, all 3 doors are on the same automation wire and same for power. So they *should* have closed at the same time. And we see they are still powered. On the 2nd image (A few frame later), we see the meteor from the first image managed to get through the bunkers doors (that really looked closed to me), and we also see in the bottom right corner the damage from the first meteor. (It wasn't just a graphic glitch, it actually did damage. Now, my best hypothesis is that the game still think the doors are broken. (I broke them quite a few time... Have yet to figure how to properly deal with landing during a meteor shower). IOW, a bug. That would also explains why it seems to be only my rocket's bunker door that seems to leak through. SharraShimada Posted September 21, 2019 Share Posted September 21, 2019 Easy explanation: Your doors got damaged at some time, supposedly by a landing rocket. Your dupes repaired them (maybe you did not even noticed). And yes, there is a bug. Repaired bunker doors wont work as expected. You need to open, and close them at least once. After the closing they will work again. And dont bother to file a bug report. Its alredy known, and the devs are searching the cause.
