erny0507
Auto-Sweeper load all the eggs at once onto the Conveyor loader so if the critter sensor fires green all the eggs are doom, also, the Conveyor loader still accepts stuff even if disabled by the sensor. I dont know if they change something at some point but automated egg production is not posible for the last 2 updates. Let me know if im doing something wrong please. Sasza22
Soyou mean that eggs get stuck in the loader when you disable it with automation, beacause there is a red signal from the critter sensor? Wouldn`t using a buffer gate help? Or did i misunderstood what is the problem?

I havent use the buffer gate yet but there is 2 problems, the autosweeper sweeps many eggs at onces and the loader allowing stuff in when disabled. Sasza22
I`m still not sure what the problem is. But the buffer will provide a green signal for a few seconds after your sensor turns to red. this means that after the sweeper picks up the eggs the loader will be active for a few seconds so it will send them down the rail. Is this what you want to happen?

What I want is a stable population of
Sasza22
Hamm that`s a hard one. I`d try using the conveyor shutoffs so that it only sends one egg at a time and the rest circles back to the ranch. It would require proper timing with a buffer gate so it shuts off after one egg passes through. Defnetly doable just takes some trial and error. If you don't mind using an extra nursery room, this is an example of hatch stable to give you the basic idea Spoiler Loader set to accept hatch eggs. You might need more than one loader if you want specific variants. You also need another loader for the coal. Drop-off set to 8, you don't need to spare for eggs or little hatchlings. This is where hatchlings grown, set sensor to 1. Link with not gate to shut-off. Eggs will enter this room when critter + eggs inside is 1 or less Simple drown room to handle excess eggs. You might want sweeper to take meat and shell.
