I find myself going to vitals and manually clicking on each one, eventually forcing myself to name my duplicants with the traits they have... The only way I can find out quickly is to look at the priorities screen different colors but sorting there only sorts my user set priorities. That is exactly what I am talking about, my only solution is to rename every early bird and night owl with early or night as their last name.
