You should post a bug report and include your entire log file.

It appears to have something to do with your graphics card, but I'm no expert on that and I know the full log will help people who know more about this. For a start the top tells which GPU you have and which driver, which seems to be very important in this case.

System requirements says Intel HD 4600. You have Intel HD 3000. Sadly your GPU is running at around half speed of the requirement, at least for textures and floating point operations. Also it seems 4600 has a bigger instruction set and if your GPU lacks a needed instruction, then there is nothing to do about it.

On top of that the 2011 MacBooks have heat problems. The 15" model cooks the GPU and it lasts around 3 years. The extended warranty replaced the GPU and the replacements lasted 3 years. While you do not have the GPU to cook, you likely shouldn't play something as CPU heavy as ONI.

If you somehow manage to get ONI working and wants to play it, then I would recommend getting some fan control and set the fan to at least 5000 RPM. Higher is better and it goes up to 6200, but more than 5000 is really loud.
