RageLeague
I played a card(forgot its name) that does 5 damage to all opponent arguments during a negotiation for better reward. The 5 damage is enough to destroy the argument for extra reward but it appear to destroy the main argument first and thus preventing the extra reward from the quest. I don't think it should be that way and the win condition should resolve after the AOE damage card completely resolve, as it makes the most sense. It could also be that the reward is already added, but it doesn't show that way on the UI. If it's the intended way already, then fix the Ui. _Enolya_
Oh yeah! I got the same "problem" and it was very frustrating... Thank you to report it EDIT: The card name is Overbear upgraded I guess. Griver84
I think this has to do with how each argument resolves with damage. Its not applied at the same time. Each arguments damage resolves one after another. Any Additional damage applied to each argument being hit (in excess) is applied to the main argument. Which is why you can KO the negotiation before getting all the extra shills. Guess we have to wait and see clarification wise if this is intended or not. AFAIK there's no "overkill" damage for the main argument. The game seems to treat it so that as soon as it hits zero (regardless of any extra damage about to be dealt) as the end. Yufgh
Had this same thought. That said, it does apply all the damage, despite it not looking like it does so. If you do the math, you end up getting the bonus shills. That said, Overbear, and especially the upgrades, are OP atm. That said, hard to know how powerfull cards are w/o having the full range of opponents to test against ( still, damage to all is insane for negotiating contracts). That said, hostile/combo looks to be the best right now. The worst situation is that the one you argue for better reward with ''like'' you, which reduces his/her resolve to one. I had a graft which deal 1 damage to all opponent argument when gain dominance, and gain 1 dominance from my ally when the negotiation begin. Then the main arguments was destroyed before I could see the cards in my hand.... Griver84
I've had that happen both TO me (with low resolve) and to my opponents with starting arguments/grafts. Hilarious when it happens but FeelsBadMan at the same time. _Enolya_
Same here, maybe the lowest resolve value should be 10 and not 1?
