I am at cycel 500 and the save game is slowing down. Therefore it would have been nice to stop the simulation in area you dont use. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
SharraShimada Posted July 7, 2019 Share Posted July 7, 2019 It would only be a cosmetic thing. You dont see whats going on, but its still going on. No performance benefit at all. When we talk about graphics, the game could run on every smartphone. It just dont need any GPU power at all. But thats what you would gain from not rendering something: more free time for your GPU. Its no use in this game. The problems are CPU related, and all the calculations are going on, wheter you see them or not. You do want your pump on the other side of the map provide your base with fresh water, do you? If so, it has to be computed. You dont see the pump, but its working.
