CrispyJelly
Searched and found a thread that said isolated islands (with no way to get to them) are a bug and similar threads with no replies, also looked at the Known Issues forum and I'm not seeing a thread on the same subject, so I'm not certain if this is an existing bug or not. I've just finished exploring my world (adventure mode, world one). I took 30 days. Survived winter with no beefaloes (because there are no beefaloes in my world) and no winter hat! Found 3 pieces of the teleportato only. There is no Wooden Thing.I also see the edge of an island I cannot reach because it is connected to nothing. Is this a bug or something intended? (That is, the island is connected only via wormhole and we are supposed to try every single one to find out which? ) Edited February 28, 2013 by CrispyJelly I type carelessly and it annoys me! CrispyJelly
So it's not intended? An island accessible only via wormhole?
CrispyJelly
Same question is being asked in this thread too: http://forums.kleientertainment.com/showthread.php?11189-World-Generator-ProblemIs it a bug or a feature?
Developer Alia Posted February 28, 2013 Developer Share Posted February 28, 2013 This is the intended behaviour. We wouldn't want it to be too easy would we?
CrispyJelly
Thank you for the confirmation! Wow, so many wormholes, so little time! (Before winter hits again, that is.)
