Atmo Checkpoint in Vacancy-Only Is very often off-by-one

Having some trouble with Atmo checkpoints. When i set them to "Vacancy Only", they are very often not admitting someone because it THINKS there are no vacant spots. I can't move the Dupe past manually. Changing it to "Always clearance" will let the Dupe put his atmo suit on the vacant spot. There are clearly vacant spots, the Dupe just took a suit from there, and there are not even possibility of an secondary atmo suit in use "out there". It is just basically (always?) thinking there are is one less spot than there is. Is anyone else seeing this?

Probably someone's queued to use them soonish...

Best solution imho, a little micro management. Put a door(somewhere) behind the atmo dock and set permission to pass it. Mind, You can use more doors to give specific access to certain areas. 

Free the atmo docking station from 3 couriers trying to pick up 3 different things at once, for example...

How many access points can the dupes reach while wearing suits? If they're going out one point and coming in another, that can cause an issue.

None. Not a single other atmo checkpoint. In fact there was only one atmo checkpoint on the entire map. Empty suit-spots had been initialized. I did a workaround where i initialized a suit-spot and dropped the suit. This made Vacancy-only work with TWO atmo check-points.
