You already have unlimited food which doesn't need fertilizers and grows after 40 - 6.66 day segments, no need for nettles & safety in the jungle if playing as Wormwood. He's really balanced right now, perhaps bit OP and he'll become too OP if he gets the ability to heal himself with vegetables. If you have problems with your health: Use the fertilizers you didn't use for healing or make yourself a Siesta Lean-to or a Tent and use it to refresh your health.
