Experience level table

For the mk3 preview branch I checked the xp needed for each level:

(all I've checked so far)

Dupes gain xp even when doing nothing at the rate of about 1300-1500 xp per cycle. I suspect they get xp faster when doing things.

If you load an old map your dupes all start close to zero but each have 2 skill points to spend.

The formula, last confirmed is: (((xp/250)/600) ^ (1/1.44)) * 15

xp gain is tuned to target 15 levels in 250 cycles.

Last I checked the xp gain system was still being confirmed.

I'm not sure how you got your totals.  Each level takes longer than the last.

XP required for each subsequent level decreases. I'm assuming it's a bug.

These aren't cumulative in that screen.  They restart at 0 at each level.  In particular below, look at Lindsay with 1877 / 5203 and Rudy at 230 / 6536.

For example, it takes my level 0 dupe 3038 xp to get to level 1.

Level 1 costs 5203, and that counter restarts from 0 for the next level:

Two examples of level 2 match this pattern, and the costs:
