I know the key to the city working is intentional. But is merged crafting intentional or a bug? I do not want to make bug reports that turn out to be working as intended. Thank you so much for this update by the way.

its intentional considering you require blueprints for items to craft from other DLCs in Hamlet, they won't appear if your limited to Hamlet world crafting.

What i've found:

Preplaced structures and be built anywheres. 

Most prototyped things can be built anywhere.

blueprints can be built anywheres.
