spooner139
Check my screenshot below, this refrigerator has been filled 99/100 kg, but it just can't be full filled. I don't care if this refrigerator is just used to store something, but I have automation on it. PhailRaptor
The thing is that it probably never will be filled. This problem is caused when Dupes reach max calorie storage with part of the meal left over. This leaves behind a fraction of a meal, that does not fit cleanly into a flat number of kgs, which will then be swept up and put back into storage. This effect becomes increasingly common the higher the kCal density of the food you feed your Dupes (not the quality, the kCals per kg) as the difference between their maximum storage and the kCals provided by food becomes smaller. Because of this, the Refrigerator's Automation signal is 100% worthless. Well, if you have one fridge to make the detection then yes it will fail. If you have a buffer fridge at lower priority you can circumvent that. This refrigerator is only used to store Raw Egg, Dups can't eat Raw Egg, so there's no part of Raw Egg. Unfortunately yes, as long as there's any possibility that a hatch might get to it and nibble on it. Also, raw eggs made from shine bug eggs produce 100g which will also block the fridge so you need to make sure shine bug eggs are never made into raw eggs.
