add a new priority entry for repairing

I was just observing two duplicants repairing the bunker doors of my rocket silo, and seeing that one of as finish far earlier than the other, I take a look at wich skill difference they have.

The best repairing duplicant has more construction and tinkering than the other.

 

But ... repairing errands are bound to the "tidy" priority, wich use strengh to mop the ground. (and the two duplicants have quite the same value of strengh)

So it would be smarter to link the repair errands to a new priority than "tidy", so that we could set a duplicant with good skill to quickly repair big buildings such as bunker doors. ;)

Repair being tied to construction would make more sense. Even operate wuld make more sense. Repair material delivery being tied to the same would make more sense than it being storage. The entire task needs a cleanup in terms of priorities.
