Dupe is inexplicably chilled

I have a problem where Dupes are inexplicably chilled when they are in Atmo suits and wearing snazzy suits -- only at one specific location.

 Does anyone have an explanation? When I search i find references to broken saves and maps missing layers and what not. I'm afraid i have to restart.

EDIT: It only happens when Dupes are passing from left to right. It does not happen when passing from right to left.

EDIT: There are no indications of ANYTHING in that area that has a temperature below 26 degrees or above 29.9 degrees. 26 Degrees is the temperature of the air inside the base and also blown into the atmo suits. The water is 26.5

Open the ladder corridor to left/right / one tile and wait..
Dig it out, that stuff can move around. One element per tile..
Are your insulated tiles so hot?

Which corridor? The one where it's marked?

Insulated Tiles are less than 40 celsius (recently built igneous and has almost no heat exchange with environment, also dupes are not in direct contact)

Absolutely! It happens in both. 111 was EXACTLY where i reported the problem. 116 is a few cycles later with a few tiles dug out. It still happens.
I've double checked by reloading (i always exit game before loading).

Ok weird, perhaps pneumatic door too close to your water lock, you could do a bug report.
I moved the lock and message went away, have phun

Super! Thanks! Taking a look now. You can post the bug report unless you don't want to. I find it somewhat tedious.
Oh there are plenty of problems in my base for the future. Were there any problems you noticed immediately?

My only immediate focus was to get some external water for oxygen production.
Then a Natural Gas (up above) power production, before i could start cooling water (probably from a nearby Geyser somewhere).

EDIT: I see what you did the schedules, i can see the benefit of that. Changed the other one as well.

I tried removing the waterlock and it stopped happening, perhaps it's something to do with that?  Also noticed it doesn't happen every time.

You could try switching to a CO2 lock, I've found they work pretty well to keep gasses out of my bases.  I usually use them before I have atmo suits setup.
