taner.balyemez
Hi all We cant built new wall on if there is a plaster wall there. It changed with this upgrade mk2. BUT i have a large room in space full of gas. I need to build new wall but i have to destroy plaster wall before. So i am gonna lose some gas because of that. Until new wall replace it. Is it a bug or must be like that? Thanks. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/103277-plaster-wall/ Share on other sites
Sasza22
It was changed to fix a bug. The devs confirmed they want to adress it somehow. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/103277-plaster-wall/#findComment-1159415 Share on other sites
SharraShimada
The drywalls used to transfer heat, and this was exploited, what was not intended by the devs. So they changed the way drywalls can be used. And yes. now, if you want to make big changes in a gas or liquid filled room, you have to vent it first, if this room is in space. Place a pump, move the gas, change the room, pump it back (if you need to). Otherwise, use liquid/gas reservoirs, if possible. Madbro
Well, you will need some construction. Pumping all gases away and store it in another empty vaccum room, rebuild, and pump it back to the room. It can be messy, duplicants are dumb sometimes. taner.balyemez
Thanks guys. Moving to all gases to another room will be messy. They may let replace each other rather then unauthorised. Right. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/103277-plaster-wall/#findComment-1159519 Share on other sites
