Autoamtion adjustments that could be done

Recommended Posts

There are definatelly missing pieces in the game and it would be wonderful, if they got anyhow inplemented. My iddeas from ~300h of gameplay are:

1. A 1x1 clock tile, that could have adjusted frequency in Hz.This would save space up on oscillators.

2. A 2x2 counter gate wioth a reset R, data D and logic output Q, that would go active after counting a given number of 1s (active data inputs separated by standbyes) and would go into standby after activating R.

3. A power usage sensor, that would go active if power usage exceeded above or descended below a given value.

4. Status report sensor, that would go active if set up value (net oxygen/net food/net power change or current net values of those) went negative or below a given point.

5. A programmable 3x3 coder/decoder block with 4 logical inputs and four outputs. This would make things much easier for some. Also a programmable 2x2 combinator with 3 inputs and one output, this would come in handy.

3. A power usage sensor - yes! It has been suggested many times. And I liked the idea every time.
5. Hah? What exactly are the " coder/decoder block" and " programmable combinator ". I'm no engineer and English is not my mother tongue.

Anton, coder/decoer would be the one that would retun an active/standbay based on the binary input to be programmed in and a programmable combinator would be doing the same, but have more than one output, so you could easily make a 1010 into a 1110 and 0010 into 1111 with no use of whole labyrynths of logic.
