Gwido
Currently, when we dig hte ground, the background tile remains in place. But sometimes, it would be great to be able to destroy this backrgound. At least in sandbox mode. Sasza22
Would you break space then? Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/101957-it-would-be-great-to-have-an-option-dig-background/#findComment-1144905 Share on other sites
Gwido
Yes, It will create space exposure. In standaard mode, this could be limited to the border of the background tile, so that we can't make space breach in the middle of our base. With the sandbox mode, it would be more free of use. (For those who don't like difficulty ) In my case, I want to dig behind my rocket silo, so that the gases could be evacuated quickly. Madbro
And yeah, if you dig background wall in underground it can also double fluid cacacity. (precondition: not too close to the surface biome, otherwise you are breaching a loophole that gases can escape) Like you can store doubled oxygen in a sealed room in underground with background walls dug. A good idea anyway, the hot gases from the thrusts are really, annoying. I hope dig the wall down can give us surplus materials as well.
