Dupe is 100% mastery on Electrical Engineer.

There is 50kg gold in the power control station.

Generator is enabled and generating power.

This dupe have no where to go and in working schedual.

However he would rather go idle than doing the tune up job.

Same problem to other generators as well

I know this will be a stupid question but just in case you do have refined metals available yes? Also doesn't the buff to the machines last for 3 cycles? Can't remember since it's been some time since I used the Power Control Station since most of the time I have enough power producing machines that I don't really need to use one.

Found the cause.

I have a bunch of microchips stockpiled a inaccessible location, so the dupes decided not to make more. Hence the issue.

The whole "tune up" thing was always bugged for me, when i tried to use it, or dupes add permanent tune ups, even when older tune ups are still active and such stuff..
Sometimes de-reconstruct helped a bit, till next load or similar.

My dupes craft microchips at one powr station and carry them on the other side of the base to tune up generators in a different power plant room, Then craft microchips there and run back. Both stations have the same priority. They just decided to waste as much time as possible.
