I've ordered 2 items from the store 15 days ago and I still have not received a confirmation email on my package being shipped. I made a post about this before but it was unable to be resolved. I even emailed the shipping people who take responsibility on shipping Klei's products where "Nathan" told me to expect the package confirmation within 2-5 business days. it's been 8. Above are some screenshot conformations on my purchases as well as the emails that were sent. If anyone can please help me I would truly appreciate it. JoeW Posted December 8, 2018 Share Posted December 8, 2018 Hi - But maybe I can clarify those messages above for you a bit. Indiebox is slammed due to holiday orders. At the same time, the system in place to provide the automated shipping messages broke and they aren't being sent out. Because they are so busy those emails aren't being sent out manually because to send those out as well, they would be significantly slowed down. To my knowledge everything is still be sent in the expected amount of time. Also, please note that 2-5 business days does not include weekends. I have been told that your package should have gone out today or it will be picked up Monday. It's messy - I know and I am sorry about that. But please rest assured that IndieBox is working super hard to make sure everything gets out on time.
