Problem with a mod

So a couple weeks ago I joined some random public server. And this server used a mod called "Additional Item Package". I've never heard of this mod, never installed it, never even looked at it in the workshop. For whatever reason it exists in my mods as... well.... this:

I don't know how it got there or if it's causing problems but I want to get rid of it. I've tried to subscribe and unsubscribe but it doesn't work.

Any ideas?

Client + Server mods are downloaded onto your client when you play on a server requiring said mod automaticially, because your client needs to have them as well.

What you see in your screenshot is the server mod, which is deactivated until you actively activate it on a client hosted server. It won't cause issues, unless you activate it yourself in said way.

If you wanna get rid of it, you can just delete the file (or Folder for that matter) on your hard drive, where your mods are saved.

it does not removed by subscribe and unsubscribe, you can remove it by deleting files from your folder

Just delete it from your computer’s files. That SHOULD work most likely, but if not, it shouldn’t do much harm if you don’t have it enabled.
