Looking for mods that can do x

Greetings!
I've been trying to find certain mods for quite a while with no luck, so I thought, I'd start a thread and see, if anyone knows, if such mods already exists, or whether they're even possible, the way the game works now.
To name a few:
A mod just like "Health Info" (showing the remaining HP of an entity), but working as a client-side only mod.
A mod, that would rotate the world and/or change the default North direction, so that the turfs are aligned as squares as opposed to diamonds while facing north.
A mod, preferably client-sided, that would show the progress of taming a beefalo and/or its stats.

Any kind of useful information would be dearly appreciated.

The first and third ones would be impossible since that information isn't available to the client. Second one seems plausible though.

i found this, but it seems to crash and isn't client side.
