Issue Title: Create account loop, email in use

Issue Description: When trying to play online I get the "Create Account" page.

Following the webpage takes me to the Registration page which I have already completed, then when trying to click play online it goes back to the "Create Account" page.

Following it now informs me that my "email address is already in use".

Cannot progress beyond this screen.

Steps to Reproduce: Click on Play online after registration.

Hey there. We're checking into this, but just to be sure. Is there any possibility that you first played on one steam account and created a klei account, and now you are on a new steam login?

No I have used the same 1 steam account through out. 

It let me login and play once, I believe the second time I booted up the game.

It is still just stuck in the loop of "Create Account", "email in use". 

I only ever get the option to create account and never get the option to login or select my account credentials.

 

Anything else you need from me please let me know, I desperately would like to help towards beta testing DST. But so far only found this bug at the first hurdle.

I'm sorry to hear about your issues!  I'll trry to get you back in the game as soon as possible.

 

I need your log.txt file to know what's actually happening with your account.

 

Could you please send me this .txt file?  

 

Please run the game,  hit the issue and then close the game first.

 

The file I need is located in your My Documents folder,  Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\Log.txt

 

On my system it is:

C:\Users\MarkL\Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\Log.txt

Hey there. 

 

This looks like it is being caused for your client not being able to connect with the login servers. Check your machine and make sure that you don't have any type of firewall or proxy software that is getting int he middle of the game and the login server.

Antivirus and firewall disabled.

Everything was working well yesterday. 

I can ping login.kleientertainment.com (average 97ms)

No, game on this account was working well yesterday.

 

 

Additionally I can't restart game. When I exit game (or end process in task manager) i see this message:

Deleting and reinstalling local files helped.
