Cuthbert
I've seen dedicated servers in the server list, but how can I set one up myself or rent one?
greenglacier
I've no idea. But I'm excited!
Pyromailmann
There are dedicated servers in the list but you can't get on them.
Hellkitty
If you mean the servers in this link http://forums.kleientertainment.com/topic/43426-2-dedicated-servers-running-and-nones-there/Those are dev servers apparently. From what I gather, they are being used for testing purposes only right now. I know nothing more than that.
Direkappa
Technically, if you sent a beta key to a company, you'd probably be able to rent one.
Cuthbert
Okay thanks for the info Pyro, Hellkitty.
rezecib
@Cuthbert I would assume that both options would be possible when they do become available. I certainly plan to host my Director Maxwell server as a dedicated server most of the time.
Cuthbert
Yeah dedicated just seems like the way to go. I feel bad when I host a world locally, and I know that anyone joining me isn't going to be able to access that world except for when I'm in there.
