I wore the oasis bound outfit (except the head of course) on wigfrid and realized that here sleeves are still visible. Some other outfits have that effect as well, but all I can recall is the oasis bound one.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
