Recent Discoveries are forever stuck on loading.

Not only we can't see what we get for daily items when launching the game sometimes, if you try and open Item Collection immediately after launching, our whole character Wardrobe is reset to default, nothing equipped on all 18 characters. We have to wait an invisible animation of daily item being rewarded and recent discoveries being loaded completely to access Item Collection with no problems. The visual bug also doesn't show anything and is stuck on loading forever.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the game, immediately check Item Collection to reset the Wardrobe or wait on menu screen, Recent Discoveries never load.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

It sounds like your game is having trouble downloading your inventory from our server, this would cause the empty inventory and recent discoveries.

Does this happen to you every time you start the game?

What do you mean by "The visual bug also doesn't show anything and is stuck on loading forever?"

Hello...

This is not a new bug. It was already reported...

Not always, only if the game failed to load the inventory... And not only when we start the game for the first time.. It happened sometimes when we leave the server and goes back to the main menu.

UPDATE: Well, a picture (or in this case video) is worth 1000 words. It shows a situation I would have said wasn't possible, and also where to look to (hopefully) fix it. With any luck this won't be happening anymore after next next update .
