Yeah I vouch for this. There zero people on both the German servers and east ones. I've tried every single one and they both just get stuck on the loading screen. It's been at least 12 hours since this has happened

I tried playing and I can't log in. It says i need to be a PS Plus member and I already am. My membership is good through Feb of 2020.
