What does"Rocket requires space for an engine" Mean?

No idea how it happened, but the rocket doesen't let me place trailbilizer modules, unless i remove the nosecone, then it doesn't let me place that. how do i fix it (i'm new to spaced out)?

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Each rocket engine only allows a certain height of rocket build. In your screenshot you can see that the maximum height of a rocket with a CO2 engine is only 10 tiles. Adding a trailblazer module as you would like takes you to 11.

This is still a bug, since error is unhelpful and should say something along the lines of 'module would result in rocket exceeding maximum height'.
