Undiggable neutronium still accepts dig commands

Although neutronium can never be excavated, it can still be marked for digging. Doing so displays red error overlays that say corium digging is required, which is not true.

Steps to Reproduce

Issue dig command on neutronium tiles.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

It is diggable because... so that you can abuse the "finish work instantly due to Focused overjoyed reaction, dig Neutronium instantly, receive 999999 XP" bug? No? I've also never understood why the game let's you do that.
