Cant land due to no land mass available in preview.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Same here.  Fog goes super far up so there's no ground to place the lander on that can be seen.

May be related to Mooteors being spawned from cycle 1 on the asteroid, whether you've discovered it or not. This bombardment causes the surface to recede until it's not visible.
