UI scaled error when using copy mode

When you use copy mode to build something, UI will scaled error like video. In nearly update occur. Version: U41-496912-S.

Steps to Reproduce

Use copy mode to build something, and you will find.

I have the same exact bug. Click on any item to copy, and 1/8th of the menu gets clipped.

I use the Copy shortcut all the time, and never noticed this before. This must have been introduced in a recent update.

I also noticed that this impacts the Base, Oxygen, Power, Food, Plumbing, Ventilation, Utilities, Rocketry menus - but NOT the Refinement, Medicine, Furniture, Stations, Automation, Shipping, Radiation menus.

It seems that the new controller configuration (compatibility?) messes up UI scaling.

Scaling 90%.
When using a mouse, copy button doesn't maintain scale and icons don't fit in the build window.
When switching to a controller (the controller is already plugged), scale defaults to 100% on it's own until switching back to mouse
