Tooltip mismatch in Duplicant selection screen

In the tool tip shown when looking at a trait on the Duplicant Select screen, the stated bonus (+13 in this case) and the bonus in the tooltip (+7) do not match.

Steps to Reproduce

Start a new colony, or open the Printing Pod on an existing one when printables are available
Look at the tooltip for the trait bonuses on each Duplicant
Reroll Duplicants if necessary

Tooltip seems to show correct values in terms of effect (e.g. 130% instead of 70% for "+7" husbandry).
