sugar engine not available when researched

Rocket Parts are available under the new menu that comes when clicking a Rocket Platform, they are no longer under the rocket construction menu.

Thanks for the explanation. This decision doesn't make much sense to me considering so much revolves around the build menus. If that's how it's going to be, there should at least be tooltips to explain that. Otherwise people will be searching the build menus for ages.

Yes either some more tooltips or a tutorial on the top right would help alleviate much of this "how do I build/do X". It's most likely already in the works, probably more things to work on right now, while leaving the polishing to the end.
