A dupe with a trait that gives them a skill will lose this skill if skill-scrubbed. The skill can't be regained without meeting prerequisites.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn a dupe with a trait that gives a skill. 2. Skill-scrub the dupe. 3. Look at skill tree.

Same problem, it would be cool to fix it to see how goes a playthrough with optimized trait usage.
