You can revive Rovers that have depleted their battery by digging underneath them. Attached screenshot of shut down rover still working.

Steps to Reproduce

Let a rover die. Dig under it.

Go to bugs

So THAT is the reason my rover is still running.
I had two of them (On one planetoid ) and one stoped while the other is still active and i couldnt find a reason.
