Pips not accessible on Classic Rime Cluster

w2ck
  • Branch: Live Branch Version: Windows Pending

On the new Rime asteroid the forrest biome is only located on the first planet aka Rime unless you have some forrest cores... However the starting asteroid does not have any pips, which makes no sense since they are depicted on the asteroids graphic... The printing pod is also reluctant to print them (did not happen in 500 cycles) although the forrest biome has been entered.

Steps to Reproduce

Start any Classic Rime asteroid in the DLC

User Feedback

Same here as well. Rime classic apparently means no Pips. Also tried 200 times with a re-roll mod, no Pips from the pod.

yes, but I have discovered a "classic Rime" fully. No Pips. I was just not aware there are no other forest biomes. Maybe make one assured "lush core" for Rime.

Lush core doesn't guarantee pips though.. I've seen several ones that only have shine bugs

Interesting. I have not yet actually opened a Lush Core. Hmm. Could likely be fixed. In any case, I think "no wild planting" is a bit too much of a restriction.

I miss biological cargo module... Why can't there be critter eggs in space POI using the same conditions as artifacts respawning? 1-2 eggs per x amount of cycles in specific POI, I think would solve any critter shortages late game
