Pips look like carrying a seed despite not having one after they pick a seed and plant it:
None of those pips are actually carrying a seed. After they pick one they remain in the stuffed mouth animation until reload.
Steps to Reproduce
Have a pip pick up a seed and plant it.
The pip remains in the carrying a seed animation.
