More atmo suits are stored in storage bin than allowed

Atmo suits weigh 200kg each, however, when you set a storage bin to store, say, 200 kgs worth of suits (i.e 1 suit), duplicants will store as many as they can pick up in 1 go. In addition to this, if you set the bin to 3 kg, duplicants will attempt to put 3 suits inside, however if they only manage to pick up one or two, the storage bin will have more than 3 kgs of suits inside of it, making them unable to store more suits inside of it.

Steps to Reproduce

Have many atmo suits on the same spot on the ground, have a storage bin without sweep only set to store only atmo suits with a limit of 200kg. Duplicants will then store more than 1 suit inside the bin.

The oxygen inside the atmo suit weights 200kg. The atmo suit itself is 1kg "as a unit" but that is never shown. And even an empty atmo suit says "mass: 200kg"

IIRC for some reason this is normal behavior.  Its the same when trying to 'meter out" 200kg of suits on conveyors.  200 suits would pass.

The  oxygen is only 75KG max.  It's 200 in the dock.
