Missing Qualified Crew - Off Planetoid Crew Member

I have a Duplicant with Rocketry. It is in the Solo Spacefarer Nosecone. I can not launch because it states I am Missing Qualifed Crew. The issue was that another Duplicant was also assigned as Crew but was on another Planetoid.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Build a rocket.

2) Assign a Duplicant as Crew.

3) Move the Duplicant to another Planetoid.

4) Assign a different Duplicant as Crew. The rocket will not launch because of Missing Qualified Crew

5) Remove first Duplicant as Crew. I did this by bringing the original Duplicant crew member back to the Planetoid with the rocket thus noticing that it was assigned as Crew.

as I can see from the picture, there is a trailblazer module on the rocket. I have submitted a ticket for the trailblazer. It does not work properly. 

I believe they should have a separate menu for assigning a dup to the trailblazer. This menu should include a simple check to see if the trailblazer module is reachable by the dup assigned or the menu choice should give only available (on this planet where the trailblazer is) dups for the drop mission. And then the assigned dup drops but not the main pilot.

I can confirm this bug. However, it is easy to fix. Just scroll down in the Change Crew -> Duplicant Assignment menu until you find the Offworld member and remove him/her as a crew member for this particular rocket.
